After the1970s, as the economical globalization surges, most developing countries began toembark on the road of "democratization". In this process, most developing countries haveadopted a model of democracy in Western developed countries, numerous as the core of the"separation of powers" and "elections of representative democratic system. But, as the U.S.political science professor Howard Will Jada said:“It is difficult to imitate or copy thedemocracy with the difference of historical, cultural, social and economic relations with oursociety." Therefore, the process of democratization in developing countries is alwaysaccompanied by turbulence, and there are some problems generally, such as politically turbulentpolitical corruption and dereliction of duty, the phenomenon of social violence in conflict-riddenpolitical structure imbalances, rampant regional terrorist forces, and even some developingcountries, and political construction a throwback to the early stage of democratization.Democratic chaos has become a common phenomenon in developing countries in developingdemocratic politics.Materialist dialectics holds that the occurrence of any event is conditional. Similarly, in thedeveloping countries, democratic chaos is no exception, there is also some reason or condition.Well-known political scientist Samuel Huntington believes that the political disorder because ofthe modernization of developing countries. In his view, not only the social and economicmodernization, political unrest, and the degree of unrest and modernization. Reference to thispoint of view, combined with the related theory of political modernization can see that theeconomic, political, cultural, social, religious, and international environmental factors can beused as the entry point of the democratic chaos of the analysis of developing countries. Drawnthrough the analysis of these reasons is mainly reflected in the economic development ofbackward or unbalanced; backward political system; lack of good political culture; civil societyweak; the negative effects of religion; the interference of the Western developed countriesAs the world’s largest developing country, the building of Political Democracy in China hasmade tremendous achievements since1978, successfully blazed a path of development ofdemocratic politics, socialism with Chinese characteristics. Corruption but at the same time, asthe world’s largest developing country, along with economic and social development, theBuilding of Political Democracy in China will face many challenges, for example, along withsocial stratification, a widening wealth gap, a very small number of East Turkistan terroristforces, and so many unfavorable factors that affect the process of democratization. Thesenegative factors, if not handled properly at worst will affect the country’s democraticdevelopment of quality, the weight will affect the stability of society. Therefore, we should learn from the lessons of developing countries.Democratic chaos, as a warning, combined with theiractual, gradually push forward the democratization process and embark on a steady developmentof the path of democracy.
