E-government To Improve The Efficiency Of Basic Public Services Research

" Since the1990s, as the prominent representative as new productivity, the information technology promoted the economic development and social progress greatly." With the substantial increase of modern information technology, China government rely on information technology more and more especially on institutional reforming&the transformation, also declare that constructing E-government is the top priority. At same time, the public services is very important for building the harmonious society, so we should make full usage of e-government platform by the modern information technology, e-Government by means of uniform implementation of the policy without deviation, to rationalize the functions of a unified body, unified service process standardization, narrow the gap between urban and rural public services, and deepen the degree of public services, urban and rural areas.In this paper, I will research the E-government in promoting the basic public services, on the one hand, I will analysis the public services and the status of the process of practice and some of the probms, on another hand, on another hand, will also introduce the role of e-government applications in the current public service and what are the problems, With the development of the opportunity to explore the usage of e-government to solve basic public services in the actual practice. The article is based on the data¤t status of Chengdu labor&social security, will also analyze the typical problems of status also introduced a number of e-government initiatives, finally, will give some suggestion on some e-government in promoting the process of public services a practical mode of operation.Five parts of this article:first, I will introduce the research background&methodology which would be used, summarize the research situation for E-government an basic public service in both China&oversea; secondly, I will introduce the definition of public service, and the problem we met in China&Chengdu; Thirdly, I will define what E-government is, analyze how is current status and the problem we may meet during promoting E-government. Then I will introduce how Chengdu promote E-government and detailed action plan; finally, I will do a summary how to make sure the E-government can be took action efficiency.
