Research On System Of Social Security Of Urban And Rural Co-ordination Development From Industrial Economics Angle

There exists long-term social and economic structure of urban-rural divide in China,which makes the social security have differences between urban and rural areas,developing rural social security system be lagging behind the city on the whole.Therefore, accelerating the development of urban-rural social security and promoting theconstruction of rural social security has become the primary goal of the social economicdevelopment, to fully promote economic and social development. It not only reflectsexpanded coverage of social security, but the level of social security to further improve.From the angle of industrial economics, the paper discusses the construction of urban andrural social security system as a whole in our country, to provide a reference for relateddecision-making department.The paper introduces the background of research, the related concepts and theories,and from the theoretical and empirical aspects analyzes the current situation of thedevelopment of social security and the current question, meanwhile, illustrates thepractical significance of accelerating urban and rural co-ordination development. Thenthe evaluation index and equalization index of system of social security of urban andrural co-ordination development, and take Tangshan as example, combining with thedevelopment of the industrial structure and economy, to measure equalization degree ofsocial security between urban and rural, to find problem of social security in Tangshan.Finally, according to our country’s macro policies and practice experience, puttingforward suggestions in order to perfect system of social security, and innovating therelevant policy and institution makes sure that our country’s current economic level andindustrial structure keep moderate development, for the further deepening of system ofsocial security of urban and rural co-ordination development.
