Research On The Evaluation Of Provincial-Level Procuratorate Websites Of China

The16th National Congress of the CPC put forwad "achieving the industrialization, promoting the informationization, accelerating the modernization" as the main task of China’s economic construction and reform in the first two decades of this century. Therefore, the CPC and the State Council decided to make e-government building as the focus of the future of the informationization work, procuratorial private network is one of the six national systematic private network, and has been included in the overall planning system in the e-government construction in China.By the development of IT, procuratorial informatization has become one of the tasks of Procuratorate. Procuratorate have pay more attention to Procuratorate Websites Development. To a certain extent, Procuratorate websites represent the achievement of informatization and public service capacity of Procuratorates. Evaluating Procuratorate websites, analysis related elements which affect the level of site quality, so that we can learn more about the website of Procuratorate of China and have a clear understanding with the existent problems.Therefore, this research through the application of statistical software NoteExpress study on a detailed document research on procuratorial informatization in recent years, forms a literature review.To establish an effective indicator system which considers the Procuratorial functions and e-government service delivery model. The indicator system is divided into4parts with25sub-items which contain27smaller items. And then select data from31provinces-level Procuratorial website as example in the indicator system.
