Study On Usability Evaluation Index System Of Government Website

E-government has become one of the important platforms for the expression of public opinion and the Internet to ask about politics.It is also a bridge for government agencies to provide services for the society and assume responsibilities.As a major foundation for e-government construction,the experience and satisfaction of the masses in handling affairs are largely influenced by the service quality of the government portals,and are also related to the image of the party and the government in the hearts of the masses [1].In October 2018,the state council released the "government website intensification pilot work plan",which pointed out that "efforts should be made to build an overall interconnected and efficient online government that benefits the people".Therefore,the usability study of government website is crucial.From the perspective of user experience,this paper takes the government portal website as the usability research object,hoping to standardize the usability construction of China's government website by establishing a set of "usability evaluation system of government portal website".This paper mainly discusses the research topics from the following aspects: Firstly,the topic selection of the usability research of the government website,exploring the purpose and significance of the research;After further determining the relevant usability evaluation theory and research methods used in the government website,analyzing the actual use of the government website,this paper summarizes five first-level and twenty second-level dimensions of the usability evaluation of the government affairs portal website,and establishes the usability evaluation system of the government affairs portal website through the digital normalization and consistency verification.The evaluation system has been applied to the actual cases to verify,mainly through the actual use of the government website research,select five groups of Representative subjects for evaluation;selected 20 participants,design user testing,performance measurement and self-report method of quantitative experiments,get five groups of experimental usability evaluation quantitative results.In order to get a matrix of factor correlation coefficient,we need to use the method of hierarchy-grey correlation to validate the research results.Finally,through the experimental calculation,we get the degree of correlation between the above five groups of government affairs website schemes and the optimal solution,and judge the merits and demerits of these five groups of schemes according to the order,the validity of the evaluation system is verified.By sorting the experimental data,this paper summarizes the influence of each evaluation dimension,and puts forward some suggestions for usability design of government website.From the visual aspect,we should strengthen the service design,from the content aspect,we should strengthen the information construction,and from the technical aspect,we should perfect the basic function construction Starting from the level of interaction dimension,insisting on the construction of government website process,theconciseness of government process plays an important role,so reducing the complicated process in the process of website use,it is an important job of website construction to make the government website service easy for users,and from the behavior dimension,we should pay attention to the targeted service of government website and strengthen the individuation construction of website.
