Building a service-oriented government has become China’s government reform target selection, and the government performance assessment is reflected in the transformation of vane. The article briefly introduces the necessity of building service-oriented government and government performance assessment of the situation, and analyses present in to service government transition bottlenecks in the process and problem, through the Taizhou’s customer satisfaction model to use as a starting point, to customer satisfaction model to evaluate government performance benefits and substantial results, further it demonstrates the feasibility of future model, put forward the development direction of government performance evaluation.
