This paper takes customer satisfaction of Haimen Govermment Affairs Service Center in Jiangsu Province as the main research object,studies the calculation method of customer satisfaction of government service center,finds out the linear factors affecting customer satisfaction of government service center through regression analysis,and points out the service items that need to be improved by government service center.In the early 1990s,the construction of China's government service center gradually matured and accumulated important experience.Over the past 30 years,China's government service center has played an irreplaceable role in China's political and economic construction.The government service center integrates the functions of administrative examination and approval and public service.It is led by the govermment and composed of relevant departments of the government.Customer satisfaction is a numerical expression of customer satisfaction with the products or services provided by the customer receiving service department,which directly reflects the customer's recognition of the service.Customer satisfaction of government service centers reflects the acceptance and recognition of the public for the government to perform administrative examination and approval functions and provide public services.Analyzing and improving the customer satisfaction of government service center will help to improve the working style of the government,improve the efficiency of administrative operation and promote the harmony between cadres and masses.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of customer satisfaction of government service centers at home and abroad,and studies the important viewpoints of scholars at home and abroad in this academic field.Taking Haimen Government Affairs Service Center in Jiangsu Province as an example,a questionnaire is designed to investigate the satisfaction of the people who come to Haimen Government Affairs Service Center to handle business.Secondly,according to the survey data,the customer satisfaction of government service center is calculated,and the factors that may affect the satisfaction are analyzed by linear regression analysis.It is concluded that the government service center needs to improve the customer satisfaction in the process of providing services.Finally,the innovation of this study is introduced,and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction of government service center are put forward.
