At the same time of thesurvey from the subjects randomly selected10students "Village" to conductfurther interviews supplement the questionnaire does not fully reflect some of theproblems. The interviews include: work motivation, stress, subjective well-being,interpersonal emotion regulation, job description and a few other aspects. T-teststatistical methods used in this study, analysis of variance, correlation analysis,regression analysis, the use of structural equation modeling.Results:(1) Student Village different gender dimension in seeking, roleconflict and somatic symptoms, self-efficacy and expression of suppression thereare significant differences was statistically significant (p <0.05);(2) the only childor not worked upload and subjective social support dimensions there weresignificant differences statistically significant (p <0.05);(3) is in love or notself-blame, objective support, subjective support, social support and depressiondimensions exist significant differences and statistically significant (p <0.05).(4)In addition to for help in coping style dimensions and emotion regulation in theexpression inhibition of dimension, coping styles, self-efficacy, social support,emotional regulation, there is a significant correlation with the various dimensionsof mental health, and statistically significance (p <0.05).(5) working pressuresource and intermediate variables on the mental health impact model fittingConclusion: Different "village official" groups (gender, whether begotten,whether there is a love object) in various psychological characteristics (socialsupport, coping style, self-efficacy, emotion regulation) there are differences.(2)social support, coping style, efficacy and emotional adjustment, and the "villageofficial" mental health have a closer relationship.(3) social support, copingefficacy and emotional adjustment and the "village official" job stressors.(4)"village official" mental health effects of the factor model fit better, provide atheoretical foundation for future research.
