This study using SCL - 90 symptoms of self rating scale by flying cadets and grounded students were investigated, and the literature data method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other attempts from the Angle of sports health, discusses physical exercise on the flying cadets especially grounded students mental health effects, hope the conclusion of this study for our air force flying cadets psychological health problems of further research provides useful advice. Research conclusions are as follows:(1) flying cadets SCL - 90 various factors mean and national youth norm SCL - 90 various factors mean did not differ significantly. (P < 0.05) flying cadets in "body localized" factor aspects flying cadets slightly higher than the national youth norms.
