The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Contemporary Chinese Social Organizations’ Participation Of The Public Service

Social development requires the active participation of social organizations,particularly in respect of the construction of China’s public service, requires activeparticipation of social organizations. However, existing social organizations whichinvolved in public service in our country there are still some problems in the course ofwhich not only restricted the development of social organization, but also seriouslyaffected the supply capacity of community organizations in the area of public service.Social organizations as an important area of public service in our country social forces,in the area of participation in public service has its own advantages, but with theshortcomings of China’s reform and opening up and the development of the marketeconomy itself also came to the fore, organization’s contribution to the public servicefor the research community to promote the transformation of government functions,improve and enhance the quality of public service provision has important significance.With the development of market economy in recent years, more and more pressure forgovernment services, especially social services, government services to communityorganizations, the government no longer invade the private market, not by one’s ownright to distort competition in the market, thereby reducing the cost of the serviceprovided, improved service quality, but also increase the efficiency of resourceallocation, making service and demand a better match. Governments in the process ofpublic service provision, due to their inherent defects, it is difficult to avoid"Government failure" problem, and the advantages of the social organization just tocompensate for the disadvantages of the government in public service. However, thesocial organization of public, voluntary and non-profit, which makes them to a certainextent, makes up for the "government failure" as a result of problems. Therefore, fromthis point of view, social organizations can better guarantee social welfare objectivesand make real social equity and social justice into reality, better control the socialconflict, resolve social conflicts and reduce social risks. Is today’s social organization inthe background of this study has started to actively participate in the construction of public service, social organizations as public services indispensable for the constructionof an important force.
