Study On Countermeasures To Improve The Participation Of Social Organizations In Providing Rural Public Services

With the improvement of the modernization level of national governance,people's demand for public services is also expanding day by day.The gap between the government's public service capacity and the actual demand is getting wider and wider,especially in the rapidly developing rural areas,where residents' demand for public services is increasingly diversified and there is a gap between the actual supply of public services.Nowadays,influenced by the situation at home and abroad as well as the growth of China's social organizations,social organizations have gradually participated in the field of public service and become an important force.The diversification of public service subjects is the general trend.The practice in some countries shows that it can not only meet the complex and diverse service needs,but also make up for the deficiency of the government in providing public services.However,due to the insufficient capacity of social organizations to participate in the provision of rural public services in China,the service fields and quantity involved are limited in many aspects.Therefore,it is also a practical need to improve the research on the participation of social organizations in the provision of rural public services.In this article,through combing the basic theory of social organizations and to participate in the important significance of the rural public service,combined with the current status of China's rural public service provided,on this basis,analyzed the current status of the development of social organizations in China and its achievement and shortage in rural public service,summed up in the service of space,structural imbalance,masses satisfaction low,and its reasons were digging,and social organizations to participate in the public service have a deeper understanding,for the reason after Suggestions to consummate the social organizations participating in the provision of rural public service countermeasures,namely: We will improve laws and regulations on the participation of social organizations in providing public services in rural areas,strengthen the positive interaction between the government and social organizations in providing public services in rural areas,improve the internal and external regulatory systems and capacity building of social organizations,and enhance the credibility of social organizations in providing public services in ruralareas.Thus mobilizing social forces and giving full play to the active role of social organizations in providing public services in rural areas will play an important role in promoting the fairness of public services.
