Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Overseas Chinese Affairs Work In Xi'an City Under The Community Development Model

This paper is a dissertation on studying affairs concerning nationals living abroad work in Xi'an community from the perspective of community work model.Through research methods of literature collection,observation,interview,and comparison,a large amount of research data was obtained,which laid the foundation for the smooth development of the research.Overseas Chinese affairs work is a prominent part of the national policy in recent years.As the most basic level organization that the national policy radiates,the community combines overseas Chinese affairs and community work not only is the highlight of current government work,but also a problem that the community needs to think about.The development of community overseas affairs is not only a new requirement of national policy,but also a new area in community work of social work.This article brings forth new ideas to combine western social work theory with community overseas Chinese work.By comparing the theoretical research experience in the literature and the practical experience of domestic outstanding overseas Chinese affairs,we have actually discovered that community overseas Chinese work in Xi'an still has many problems with it,China's social work has its own unique environment and background.Our professional values and professional work methods originate from the West.The use of classical social work methods and perspectives to observe and reflect on the areas of community-based overseas Chinese work with Chinese characteristics is a meaningful innovation for the study of community overseas Chinese affairs and the localization of social work.
