Based upon the demand of the economic development of the modern times which the knowledge as itsmain feature, our party has formally determined the historical mission and strategic task that theconstruction of the Marxist learning party in the fourth plenary session of the17thcentral committee. As thefirst generation of the central core of leadership, Mao Zedong has made many pioneering exploration in theconstruction of the learning party. The thought of Mao Zedong concerning the Marxist learning party isthe application and the development of Marxism in China,and it is also the theoretical principles and theexperiences that applied in the construction of the our party since the establishment of the communistparty of China,furthermore, it is an important part of the Mao Zedong thought. The careful study of thethought of Mao Zedong concerning the party learning, the analysis that focuses on the historicalenvironment and the conditions of its development, the discussion related to its progress and theinterpretation of the main content and the main features, all these could provide abundant resources ofthought and valuable experiences for the constructing the Marxist political party in the new period, at thesame time, they could have great momentum and enlightenment for the construction of the party.Based upon the predecessors’research, the paper will mainly make use of the Marxist historical idea tostudy the thought of Mao Zedong concerning the construction of the Marxist learning party based on thehistorical progress on the whole. The paper will further study and interpret its formation, progress, the maincontent and the basic characteristics of the construction of the Marxist learning party; furthermore, thepaper will discuss its historical value and the value in reality.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly explains the formation and the developmentof the thought of Mao Zedong concerning the construction of the Marxist learning party, and it alsodiscusses its theoretical resources,the social historical conditions and the subjective conditions. It firstfocuses on the theoretical interpretation of the Marxism classical writers concerning the study of theproletariat and the Chinese traditional culture which is related to it. Second,it mainly discusses theformation and the developmental background of the thought of Mao Zedong concerning the Marxistlearning party in terms of the following three aspects including the change of the Chinese society and revolution after the October Revolution, the help and the interruption of the international communist andStalin to the revolution of China, and the full exploration of the three aspects of the formation and thedevelopmental basis in reality concerning the thought of Mao Zedong concerning the Marxist learningparty. The second part mainly discusses the developmental progress of the thought of Mao Zedongconcerning the Marxist learning part including its historical progress, the main ideas and the basiccharacteristics of every phase respectively from the sprout period, the formation period, the mature periodand the developmental period. The third part mainly discusses its main content of the thought of MaoZedong concerning the Marxist learning party in terms of the meaning, principles, contents, goals, methodsand so on to interpret it in a detailed way. Then the paper will make a further exploration toward theconstruction of the Marxist learning party. The fourth part focuses on the historical value and the value inreality concerning the thought of Mao Zedong concerning the Marxist learning party. It shows its historicalstatus and the practical guidance to the reality in the new period for the construction of the Marxist learningparty in a detailed way. This proves that our party could improve their ruling ability and the governing levelby the efforts of all the party members, and it could also update the learning content and keep the party inkeep pace with the development of the times, so the party could walk in front of the times. The party couldmaster the correct ways to study, and try to improve the learning pertinence and the actual effects, at thesame time; it could perfect the study system, promote and implement the range of the learning of thepractice in all the party members.To sum up,the Mao Zedong and Marxist learning party construction thought is a fundamental conclusionfrom Mao Zedong’s deep summary of practical experience and moral.Many times,Mao Zedong discussed thatLearning must link the theory with practice. For example, Strengthen Party of Marxism education, theory isconsistent with the action.And To pay equal attention to Automatic and forced, theory and action are inactconsistency.And The books of Marxism must be learned,but they must be combined with the actual conditionof our country.The theory and practice of Marx and Lenin combining the Chinese revolution.And so on.MaoZedong rised the Linking theory with practice to the height of party spirit,he opposed the trend of regardless ofthe acts and clinging of Provisions.He was against a bad phenomenon like that,a theory is disconnected with theact. So, the Communist Learning Party is not learning to learn, it should establish the Learning atmosphere,then put t he learni ng theory into application. Then, it directs t he sp ecific manage ment in Part y, to build a guidingstrategy in our Party.
