With the accelerated process of urbanization in China, more and more rural youth go to cities and forming a huge flow of young people team. Not only can they erase the power of contribution for the development of the city, but also with the urban flow of young peoplethe increased flow of juvenile crime problems and more serious, causing the widespread concern of all sectors of society at the same times.As a new type of non-custodial sentence, but also Community Correction were welcomed and universally respected by more and more countries. China also is rapidly advancing the process of Community Correction. The article discusses the background and significance of this study, a clear definition for the object of the study, based on the collation and discussion of youth crime, community correction, our community correction system and the concept of these basic concepts of the current correctional system in failed on the system will flow of young people into the working mechanisms and staffing can not meet the liquidity needs of adolescents in specific correction method does not have targeted these three deficiencies, this lack of reasons for the formation and methods focus analysis and discussion.Analysis the lack of and the reasons for the improvement of community correction concrete measures and recommendations, including the expansion of the connotation of Community Correction, the flow of young people into the Ways of the correctional system, and improve the mechanisms for redress and staffing rich correction of the specific content of the main method. The last initiative to start from the family, school, community, strengthening the whole community to enhance the flow of young people to participate in, to prevent the correction of current juvenile delinquency.
