| Community correction is an important part of China’s penalty enforcement system.The establishment of a community correction system for juvenile delinquency meets the requirements and standards for the construction of a society ruled by law.In the context of China ’s first special legislation on community corrections,the in-depth exploration of the effectiveness and deficiencies of juvenile crime community corrections judicial practice,the fundamental purpose is to improve the connection between systems and practices,which is conducive to the advancement of community corrections and prevent re-crime Guarantee social public safety.At present,the correction mode for juvenile delinquency communities in China is becoming more and more mature.The establishment of a legal system,the scientific setting of organizations,and the improvement of supervision and management all indicate that the juvenile community correction work has achieved great results.However,there are still many problems in judicial practice,such as misunderstandings in the public’s ideology,inadequate construction of grass-roots law enforcement teams,insufficient educational corrective measures,inadequate procuratorial supervision,and ineffective investigation and evaluation.The reason is that there is still a long way to go to construct the overall concept of the community,the low level of professionalism of the grass-roots judicial administrative organs,and the imperfect connection between the departments.In order to solve the problems in practice,starting with the publicity of the concept of community corrections and the rule of law,we further proposed countermeasures and suggestions to absorb the extensive participation of social forces,enrich education and correction projects,diversify procuratorial supervision methods,and define the main body of social investigation and refine the content of investigation and evaluation. |
