On The Community Culture Of Rural Villages

In the process of building a well-off society, not only the material civilization but also the spiritual civilization must have a big development. Cultural construction in rural villages is directly related to the ability to meet the growing material cultural needs, to improve the rural people’s spiritual cultural level, and to use advanced spiritual culture to ameliorate the overall performance of new rural area constructions. To extensively strengthen the construction of the community culture of rural villages, it is the internal requirement of building a well-off society, the leading path to foster the idea of Peopleoriented and scientific concept of development, and the main method to build new rural villages in socialism, to satisfy the spiritual needs for all rural people to large extend. So it has very practical meaning to investigate the community culture of rural villages, and this coincides with the spirit of the17.6conference of communist party of China.The construction of the community culture of rural villages is a revolution, and in turn it is a refinement form of the rural village revolutions. The construction can improve the living environment and the income of rural people, and shorten the gap between cities and rural areas. Speeding up the construction of community culture for rural villages gives an effective way to promote the construction of new rural villages in socialism, to satisfy the multi-level spiritual needs for all rural people. Because of the complexity of the rural cultures, it is hard and challenging to fully understand all rural cultures. This situation results in many aspects that slow down the development of the community culture of rural villages, such as the lack of basic equipments for rural economics and cultures. Nowadays, the government mainly pays attention to the construction of the rural economics because of the requirements for the GDP. For the construction of rural cultures, very little attention has been paid. Thus people don’t take the construction of rural culture seriously.Because of the lack of all kinds of attentions, the construction of the community culture of rural villages remains at a very low level. This extensively prevents the modern development for rural agricultures, largely restrict the content of the rural community cultures which are closely related to the optimistic spirits of farmers, scientific teams in rural areas and traditional rural cultures.Taking into account all these problems and the real situation of rural villages in Xiangyang city, hubei, this thesis gives some quantitative analysis on how to build the community culture of rural villages all over the country, and proposes several suggestions of building rural community cultures such as:more economic investments, more understanding, more leadership, more professional people and more rich and colorful activities etc.
