In the1930s, ten professors including Wang Xinmin in the China cultural construction Declaration called out aloud,"from the field of culture, there is no doubt that there’s no China in modern world and there is almost no Chinese in China’s territory." Since the May Fourth Movement the old feudal construction has been destroyed, and the new modern culture has not been fully shaped. There appeared fracture in the Cultural awareness. In recent years, the government, society and academia seem to reach a consensus that we should establish the subjective consciousness of national culture and carry forward the traditional culture. The most impressive and valuable things about Chinese culture is ethical spirit, the other one is artistic spirit. As Lou Yulie said:"In Chinese traditional culture, ethical spirit and artistic spirit are like the two tires of the car and the two wings of a bird, which are complementary and mutually reinforcing." And filial piety culture is the most important in the ethical spirit, which is also a very important cultural spirit in the Chinese traditional culture and spiritual wealth today’s society is lacking in. The heritage and promotion of piety culture is perhaps a valid path to save today’s China.Throughout the development of the Pension way in China, the family pension inevitable has fallen into decline with the changes in family structure, because our country can’t afford it just like the Western welfare state social pension owing to China’s current development and economic strength. Community care will be bound to become the future trend of China’s pension. Filial piety culture is Chinese ethical and moral essence, and also the basis and core of China’s traditional culture. It has played a very important role in China’s traditional family pension and solved the pension problem in the Chinese history. Filial piety culture has been affected by the market economy and the value of diversity, as a result, it has not been inherited and promoted, what’s worse, it hasn’t been accepted and been criticized. Function of filial piety in the community care is gradually being undermined. The author seems to solve the pension problem in China; meanwhile filial piety culture still has strong vitality and is of great significance to community care. Based on the changing times and old-age needs, tap the rational core of traditional piety,"only after grinding and baptism of modern civilization, can Confucianism emit bright light "to complete the heritage of traditional piety so as to create a new filial piety culture and make it work well in the community care, which is the central issue this article wants to explore.This study used qualitative and quantitative research methods, filial piety culture used as the entry point of the Community Care, to describe filial piety cultural transformation dilemma and the basic features of the new piety. At the same time, this study analyzed the function of filial piety culture in community care to explore how to construct filial piety culture in the community pension. Finally, on the basis of the above the writer reflected and discussed in order to find the direction of development and refining.
