The Strategy Of The Sustainable Development Of Qingdao's Construction Industry

A city is the center of economy, culture and politics of the area. Nowadays the city development depends on the city building. Qingdao, a open seaside city, is staying in the important economic development period, especially after China joined in the WTO and became the only one companion city of Beijing Olympic Games, so Qingdao is facing a very rare opportunity. The development target of Qingdao is to build a sustainable ecological city along the coast. How does the building industry realize the sustainable development, as the fundamental industry and mainstay of the city economy?With the innovation and opening, the building industry of Qingdao has made great progress. The workers of building construction are in increasingly large number, technology and equipment are increasing, the construction ability is notable strengthen, the production and the value of output are growing in high-speed. The construction enterprises took on many heavy build tasks. The development of building industry led to the development of several other industries, and has made great contribution on the appearance of our city and on the improvement of people's dwelling condition. But nowadays the development of the architectural market is not perfect"in Qingdao. During the old-new structural reforming, the subjects' behaviour were not standard, the synthetical administration was insufficient, macroscopical control force was deficient, etc. All of those lead to the innovation of building industry going slowly. In recent years, these deeper contradictions, which are not coincide with market economy, cause the economic effect of building industry decent in Qingdao. This does not correspondent with the quick developed production. The development of building industry is great scant of potentiality. These will weaken the main status of building industry in Qingdao's economy, and become far from the principal industry of national economy. The overview of the building industry presentsituation of Qingdao, is that, not only chance but also challenge, not only development but also problems. It is a important issues we faced that how we take time by the forelock, reform deeply, transform the mechanism of management, establish a perfection market of building industry, to insure that the building industry of Qingdao could develop rapidly and sustained.The main content in my paper is the study on the symmetry of the sustainable development of Qingdao's building industry. The study divides two aspects, economy and technology. From economy aspect, the paper analyses the existence reason of the asymmetry in building industry and the probability and importance of symmetry development, and points out that the symmetry of the development is the only method for the realization of sustainable building industry. From technology aspect, the clue is the whole process of a architecture, because the whole process has influence to environment more or less, placing emphasis on city planning, architectural design, building construction etc. In the end of my paper, points out the effective method of the symmetry of the sustainable development from city planning, architectural design, building construction aspects.
