In the 1980's, the Aluminum Industry in China began to develop rapidly. From 2000, the annual increase rate of Aluminum Production has gone on above 20% which is more than other countries greatly. But the phenomenon of overcapacity, market disorder, resource waste, and environment pollution so on are very serious behind rapid development.This paper was completed based on the project of1 Aluminum Industry Production Development and Environment Problems which was organized by State environmental Protection Administration of china that author entered as main planner.
