A Study On The Improvement Of Local Governments To Provide Public Service Capability

The public service provided by governments is one of important functions ofgovernments.Including local public health, basic education, social security, publicinfrastructure construction. With the development of society, people pursue high qualitypublic service, public service consumption tends to be various and individual. Therefore,It is so urgent for governments to improve the capability of providing public service. weanalyze from two aspects,which are resources the local government can be equippedwith and current supply situation of public service, The capability of local governmentsto provide public service still has some issues including supply less and supplyunbalanced, which related with several factors. At last, put forward the methods toimprove the capability of local governments to provide public service. Using politicalscience and management of related discipline theory, I research local government publicservice supply capability, and analyze local medical and health services in supplyadvantages and problems in wuxi city-for example on the basis of place with the currentsituation of medical and health services, in order to control the local government publicservice supply capability research direction.
