Community Minor’s Ideological And Moral Education Research

The community is a place that society people of a certain area live and exercise in, the minor is the future and hope of the country, is the successor of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Along with the minor’s ideological and moral education of further development, the community as a minor’s important living and learning field, the minor’s ideological and moral quality fostering and enhance play an important role. Community minor’s ideological and moral education is not only related to the community, the based school of education, stationed enterprises and institutions, social organizations, the family and so on all are the subjects of community minor’s ideological and moral education.This research of community minor’s ideological and moral education based on empirical research and interviews, and research existing problems and the approach of the community minor’s moral education. Although in general, community minor’s ideological and moral education has obtained some achievements, ideological and moral construction work get progress deeper enforcement, minor’s ideological and moral quality generally get promoted, but in that survey, we found that in the community minor’s ideological and moral education process there are still some problems:lack of funds and site, lack of professional guidance, deficiency of the parents attention to the community minor’s ideological and moral education, not form effective mechanism, etc. Based on the empirical research and interview, we analysis influence factors of the community minor’s ideological and moral education:community, school, family, resources, mechanism and so on, such as the factors were analyzed, and based on the analysis I proposed that community should serve as a platform, and urge to get more relevant support of the government, and invite schools to integrate into the community minor ideological and moral education, and strengthen the guidance for the construction of family education, and guide the self-education of minors etc. in order to promote community minor ideological and moral education.
