| Since the reform and opening up, along with the development of China’s industrialization and urbanization, a large number of rural surplus labor came to the city to engage in non-agricultural industries, the emergence of a new type of labor-migrant workers in China’s urban and rural household registration system. Migrant workers to leave the land to engage in non-farm economic activities of farmers, is a special mixture of peasant identity and occupational. The special status of the migrant workers reflects the conflict between the household registration system to speed up the process of industrialization, urbanization and strict. The emergence and development of a particular social group, economic transition and social transformation as the background, but also a profound impact on China’s economic transformation and social change, and bring a range of issues. Problem of migrant workers is an important social problems facing Chinese society in transition, not only to full employment and guarantee of the rights of migrant workers in the process of Conversion, migrant workers and involves the orderly integration into the urban life and the gradual completion of the public of the problem.
