Research On Compound Community Correction System

community correction or community-based correction as a type of socialized and localized penalty enforcement has been popularized. This thesis explores the emerging community correction in China. The implementation of the Community Correction is the concrete manifestation of diversification of the public administration. Relevant national policies have clearly defined that community correction is completed by government, society organization and volunteers, which means that society organization, NGO and volunteers have become the main subject of the community correction.This paper attempts to explain the theory from modern public governance perspective, see the Community Correction as a multiple subjects, which involved in the process of public goods supply. The core point is to create a compound community correction system, emphasizing play the role of governmental organizations, and at the same time, vigorously promote the development of social groups and civil society organizations with wide social forces and resources to improve the institutional mechanisms of management of Community Correction, establish and improve the community correction governance mode. Therefore, we explain the concept, characteristics and theoretical first, analysis the inadequacies of the existing community correction system, and the establishment and improvement of the need for compound community correction system, and finally combined with the reality of our country, discusses the framework design and construction approaches of our compound community correction system.
