| Relative to imprisonment,Community correction is a kind of socialized execution mode.AS the inevitable trend of the development of human civilization,Community correction is not only the result of the criminal policy of strict and lenient,but also the inevitable result of the human rights movement,is accepted and recognized by more and more people.Since 2003,Chinese Community correction began pilot work,achieved a comprehensive trial,showing a strong potential for development.Throughout constant practice and exploration of all parts of the country,Chinese Community correction has accumulated a lot of valuable experience and achieved good results in practice.Based on the practice in Hui’an,this article investigates the work of Hui’an since the implementation of Community correction in 2010,and carries on the questionnaire to the Hui’an community inmates about working,life and psychology to analyze,to find out the mental health status of community rectification workforce in Hui’an.First of all,this article briefly expounds the concept of community correction,theoretical basis,analyzes of the current status of Huian,and points out it’s prominent problem of community correction.,including: subject of law enforcement is not clear,work with not close enough,lack of professional community correction team;Lack of appropriate incentives and effective corrective measures;Public recognition of community correction is low,modern community development is immature;Psychological counseling more difficult,Psychological counseling for Community inmates is more difficult,and difficult to resettle them.Then,by analyzing the reasons,drawing mature practices on other countries,regions,and puts forward some suggestions to perfect the community correction work in Huian: Firstly,from the aspect of legislative protection,funding security,police equipment,team quality,coordination between departments etc.,to strengthen the main force of law enforcement;Secondly,from the aspect of riching educational management content,introduction of high-tech management,to strengthen the community correction operation;Third,from the aspect of propaganda,Community building,Multi-force intervention,to Cultivate social enterprises,Issue social impact bondsand expand the community’s participation;Fourth,Change a single corrective action,to care for the community inmates. |
