The cultivation of young cadres has been highly valued since the founding of the Communist Party of China.Especially in the current new situation,the party and the state pay more and more attention to the training of young cadres.The training of young cadres is also facing a new environment,new goals and new tasks,and a series of guiding opinions have been issued in the training of young cadres.However,there are more or less problems in the training of young cadres in departments at all levels.As an important part of young cadres,young cadres in villages and towns are at the forefront of reform and development.They are the specific executors of various policies and principles of benefiting farmers and the people.They shoulder the important responsibilities of serving rural farmers and maintaining social harmony and stability.However,in the research on the cultivation of young cadres,there is a lack of targeted research on young cadres in villages and towns.Combined with the previous research results and by combing the current situation of the training of young cadres in Township organs in H city and issuing questionnaires,interviews and other methods,it is found that there are some problems in the training of young cadres in H city.First,there is a lack of standardization in the training of young cadres.Second,the education and training efforts are obviously small.Third,the effect of post exercise is not significant.Fourth,supporting measures to protect young cadres are lacking.According to the theory of competency based management,the reasons are as follows: the timeliness of training young cadres is biased,the mechanism of ability development is not perfect,the training concept of young cadres in the new era is not implemented in place,and the matching of energy level,energy and reward is unreasonable.Combined with the theory of energy-based management,"according to individual ability,not limited to one pattern",it is proposed to strengthen the selection and guidance of young cadres in Township organs.Combined with the theory of "building a scientific and reasonable training mode,all-round and systematic talent development",this paper puts forward the construction of a multi-level and classified training system.Combined with the "comprehensive,fair and just assessment system" in the theory of energy-based management,this paper puts forward a sound,standardized and scientific breeding mechanism.Combining with the theory of "creating a good environment for success" in the theory of energy-based management,this paper proposes to strengthen the care and assistance for young cadres in Township organs.More and more from the perspective of young cadres training service providers to improve the training of young cadres series of countermeasures,not only deepen the understanding of the integration of the selection and application of young cadres,enrich the research content of the training of young cadres at the township level,but also help to solve some problems in the current training of young cadres in party and government organs To help local economy and society develop vigorously.
