Cultivating and selecting excellent young cadres is closely linked with the overall reform of the cadre and personnel system.Largely at the national level,it has a bearing on the continuity and stability of the party and state policy lines,on the sustainable development of the country,on the successors related to the construction of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,and on the cultivation and delivery of reserve personnel.Smaller to the city level,combined with Qinhuangdao City,relates to the construction and development of the city's cadres.Therefore,starting from a strategic height,it is very necessary to study the training and selection of young cadres in Qinhuangdao.This thesis adopts the methods of investigation,literature research,comparative analysis and so on.Starting with the theoretical basis of training and selecting young cadres at home and abroad,the characteristics and growth mode of young cadres,through data collection and questionnaire survey,The overall situation of young cadres has been analyzed and sorted out.On this basis,the author summarizes the basic practices of young cadres' training and selection in Qinhuangdao City,as well as the achievements they have made.It puts forward the following problems: serious young cadres' faults,a single channel of young cadres,a convergence of young cadres' Re-election light training and several other aspects of the problem.Then it analyzes the reasons for the formation of the problems mainly as follows: the cadre management system is not perfect,the cadre selection mechanism is imperfect,the cadre training concept is biased,the cadre training system is unscientific,and the cadres grow with multiple bottlenecks.Finally,according to the actual situation of Qinhuangdao City,aiming at the root causes of the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the institutional mechanism of training and selecting young cadres in Qinhuangdao City.It puts forward a set of positive guidance,optimizing the growth environment,innovating and cultivating mode,enriching cadre reserves;Construction and highlighting the effectiveness of training;to optimize the structure of cadres,broaden the channels for promotion,enhance the vitality of cadres,establish an orderly flow,improve the selection mechanism,improve the quality of electives and so on six countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to further strengthening the construction of cadres in Qinhuangdao City,The institutionalization,standardization and scientific level of employing personnel work to foster a young contingent of cadres with reasonable structure,excellent quality,strong ability and strong politics.
