Study On Grass-Roots Government To Communicate With The Media Of Pubilc Emergencies

With the sound and rapid development of China’s economic, social conflicts are showed in different degrees furthermore unexpected public incidents are occurred frequently. With the advent of information age, the democratic consciousness of citizen is gradually awakening and more and more people are call for the right to know. In addition, with the popularity of internet, blog and other new media therefore people access to information is increasingly diversified. Due to grassroots Government is lack of understanding of Public Emergencies, functional departments of the government to hide information and public emergencies can not be published timely and so on, the government have no idea about how to deal with the media and public when unexpected public incidents occurred, which often lead to deterioration of the situation and the crisis of confidence. Therefore, how to grasp the regular pattern of internet information dissemination, adjust the strategies of publication of unexpected public incidents’information and news report, strengthen and improve the management of network dissemination of emergencies, protect people’s right to know and establish the confidence between the government and the public are the urgent studies of grassroots government. This study is based on reality, taken emergencies as the angle, and combined with Management, Governmental Journalism, Communication, and other related knowledge to analyze the relation and issues between grassroots government and media when the public emergence occurred. In addition, analysis of grassroots government address these issues how to grasp the regular pattern of internet information dissemination, adjust the strategies of publication of unexpected public incidents’ information and news report, strengthen and improve the management of network dissemination of emergencies in the new social situation.
