| With the transformation of the country,the rapid development of the society,economy and information,the number of Internet users has shown a blowout trend in China,and the number and scale of Internet users have continued to expand,especially the concentration of Internet users of all ages and different educated groups,and the probability of offline hot events exploding in the Internet space has greatly increased.With the help of new media platforms such as Weibo,Wechat and Tiktok,various types of Internet hot topics are likely to arouse public interest.public opinion is further expanded and gathered because of new media.If the government department does not give timely warning and handle the public opinion of the new media properly,it may have a serious negative impact on the corresponding areas.Therefore,how to deal with the network public opinion of new media efficiently and properly has become a new subject that government must attach great importance to and urgently need to solve.In recent years,due to improper control of Internet public opinion,Internet public opinion events have been repeatedly fermented,resulting in endless online and offline conflicts.It is not uncommon for relevant government managers to be severely punished or even dismissed.At the present stage,various new media accounts are emerging in endlessly,and most of them are operated by individuals.Once an offline hot event occurs,the use of new media communication tools will make the network public opinion exponentially increase.In addition,the grass-roots government is weak in replying to network public opinion,which is very prone to large-scale network public opinion fermentation or secondary public opinion events,which seriously affects the development and stability of grass-roots society.This paper comprehensively uses literature research,interviews and case analysis to study the optimization path to deal with grassroots new media network public opinion.By using the 4R crisis management theory and bureaucratic organization theory,it discusses the disposal of grassroots network public opinion.It selects the "origin production and processing impregnation in W District" event as a typical case for analysis,Analyze the response measures of the grass-roots government from the public opinion coping methods and results in the case.Through the research,we found that in the process of response,the grass-roots government exposed problems in public opinion early warning response,research and judgment analysis,disposal response,response guidance and other aspects,such as untimely early warning response,research and judgment decision-making error,response guidance anomie and recovery reflection formalized.Based on reality and combining theory,we analyzed the reasons for the grass-roots new media public opinion disposal problems.On this basis,the optimization suggestions of grass-roots government in confronting new media network public opinion are put forward from the aspects of establishing reduction management mechanism,preparation management mechanism,response management mechanism and recovery management mechanism,so as to unify the response,disposal system of network public opinion,effectively maintain the stable and orderly development of grass-roots society. |
