Since the late1990s, the China’s western region of the ecological environment has worsened off; it has aroused the Chinese government’s great attention and widespread public concern. Then the policy on the ecological environmental protection and ecological environmental improvement have issued and carried out. Selecting Han mountain area in Zharud Banner of Tongliao city, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as a research field, this research fully absorbs the previous research results. Through the case study, the paper elaborates its findings, that is, by investigating the economic life style and immigration community construction of the forest ecological migration from Han mountain area, the related research indicates that National policy for the construction of ecological migrants play a crucial role.The paper consists of three parts including introduction, test, and conclusion. In the Introduction part, the significance of the project, the purpose of the research, the significance of research, the object and methods is introduced. The first chapter of second part presents the situation of the forest farm of Han mountain area. The herdsmen’s production method and living conditions before moving into a new place are mainly elaborated in this chapter. The second chapter introduces the changes of production mode of ecological migration. By listing some points, the research explains that the change of production mode of ecological migration is one of the vital factors which cause the change of herdsmen’s life. The third chapter states the influence of the national policy in the ecological environment protection and community construction. In the end, the conclusion part summarizes the main findings and major point of view, and restates the purpose and significance of this paper.
