Concept Of Harmony Nurture Research For The Land-losing Peasants

In recent decade, under the context of rapid economic development, and a large number of urban fringe land was developed by the government, so it resulted in the problem of land-losing peasants which became the focus of the society. The peasants lost land which is the production goods of existent, due to the differences in values, habits, etc., it is difficult to integrate into urban society. In addition, on condition that the land-losing peasants placed the low level of education and economy, it is difficult to find a stable job, and they were lack of appropriate social security, then it will become unstable factors of the contradiction between multiple groups and a harmonious society built. For dealing with the problem of land-losing peasants, the government policies are mostly concentrated to consider the measures of socio-economic substance, while ignoring the measures of building spiritual civilization, which can result in the urbanization lag of spiritual level. Therefore, considering the issue of land-losing peasants from the perspective of the ideological and political education as well as nurture the concept of harmony rethinking has a very important practical significance.This article is divided into five sections, and it mainly studies the concept of harmony of the land-losing peasants. The cutting-edge part introduces the purpose and significance of this writing, and it summarizes the relevant research and methods. The chapter one described several concepts related to the harmony concept of land-losing peasants, and from the perspective of this study, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of definition in the concept of land-losing peasants which existing research can give, giving a new definition of the land-losing peasants, pointing out that the concept of harmony of the land-losing peasants includes three aspects,they are the sense of community, employment and entrepreneurship awareness and legal awareness. The Chapter two, summarizing the harmonious idea of the status quo of the urban fringe of land-losing peasants by the actual survey, and analysing the survey data and information preliminarily. The Chapter three, according to the earlier survey and analysis making a summary for the concept of harmony implied by the status quo behind peasants deep-seated problems, and analysing the reasons for these problems specifically. The Chapter four, according to the exposition and research of the earlier chapters, there are some measures and advice of dealing with the concept of harmony of the land-losing peasants.In short, this essay reseaches the concept of harmony of the process of land-losing peasants for urbanization, and there are some way to deal with, such as the actual survey,the comparative analysis, historical analysis and inductive interpretation of the law, and trying providing some viable ways to strengthen the ideological and political education of land-losing peasants, in order to strengthen the concept of harmony of this group, and to achieve the harmony between this group as well as the groups and society...
