Research On Chinese Social Organizations And Political Transition Period Citizen Participation

With the deepening of Political Structure Reform process in China, strengthening the governmental function has become more and more important. The theory on constructing a Harmonious Society of Socialism proposed by the center of CPC, which provides a new thought to construct Civil Society Organizations somehow. This paper states the developing environment of Civil Society Organizations, the positive significance to Political Structure Reform and Construction of Political Civilization, the interaction with the transformation of Political Structure Reform and Civil Society Organizations, concentrating on the public interests and so on. Using the method of document analysis and comparative study, to study the issue of Political Participation of Civil Society Organization.Weather China has entered into Civil Society still has many disputes, and the study of it is also on a elementary stage, the data is also limited. However, the reality is that, with the development of science and culture, the consciousness of Political Participation has strengthened gradually. Civil Society Organization has become a vital method for the public to participate the political activities.
