How Shallow Xi Xi 'an Hui Spirit To Do A Good Job Of The Parents

In recent years, our country highly developed the cause of persons with disabilities, according to establish and improve laws, rules, social policies and so on, more and more private welfare organization appeared, especially the appearance of the non-profit organization, they have a great affection on social justice and social welfare. This paper makes full use of the practice time of Xi’an Huiling, based on the primary research on learning disabilities agency’s service mode, the teaching quality of disabled people mental retarded, considered that the agency’s development would also dependent on parents’work except did well in management and financing, by using the parents of agency, owning to the interview of them, the content contains the understanding and satisfaction to the agency and so forth, then analysis the interview, explore the parents’needs, made out the qualitative research, that is:summarized the needs, opinion, proposal, generalized the parents the evaluation results; the evaluation of the results, the expectation of the future about the agency. At last, summarized the agency should pay attention on parents work, using the social work method to complete the parents’association, let them play an important part in agency’s work, showed their connection are prompting each other. At the end of this paper, owning to the above research work and personal study, summarized the advantages and disadvantages on this interview, wanner help others, then from the macro level to analysis the whole country’s policies on the persons with disabilities, make a brief comment on the non-profit organization’s development ways.
