Alienation as a symbol of state of existence of human-being in important philosophical category, which has been philosophers attention and point of contention。the alienation theory is one important content of the theory of marxism, he is absorbed in the basis of previous thoughts, creative puts forward his own alienation theory。This paper mainly through to re-examine Marx’s theory of alienation, Discusses the theoretical sources and its stages, and analyses the alienation of Marx labor theory, and selected the western marxist several typical representative character:Herbert Marcuse、Georg Lukacs、Henry Lefebvre、 Erich Fromm。They thought about alienation to be introduced。This as the theoretical basis, and to analyze modern people in between people and things, the person between nature, people between the dissimilation of the show, and further analyzed the contemporary China in economic, political and cultural fields of some existing alienation, discusses the necessity of existence and historical phenomenon.Finally, based on this, this paper discusses the significance of Marx’s theory of alienation, namely the overall development of human oriented functions and for the construction of socialist harmonious society to promote effect and reveal the theory of Marx alienation time significance.
