The Analysis Of The Current Fake Drug Cases From The Perspective Of Marx's Alienation Theory

On the basis of criticizing and transcending the alienation theories of predecessors such as Hegel and Feuerbach,Marx established his own theory of alienation.Marx explained the alienated labor theory in the 1844 Manuscript of economics and Philosophy which is Marx's most complete exposition of his theory of alienation.The alienated labor theory included four provisions: the alienation of man and his laboring products,the alienating of labor,the alienation of human nature and the alienation of people.Marx clearly pointed out that the freedom-free and conscious life was human's genus essence.But the social conditions at that time reduced human labor to the means of survival.People no longer enjoyed their labor and became the slaves of the products which they created.The alienating of labor made people losing the human generic characteristic of freedom-free and self-consciousness,which caused the alienation of human nature and the alienation of people.Marx further pointed out that the discard of self-alienation took the same way with self-alienation.Through discarding alienated labor actively,we would achieve the return of human nature,that was,the realization of human freedom and liberation.Although the theory appeared in the capitalist society,its concern for the existence of people and the problem of human nature could be applied to any period at any time.At any time,we should pay attention to the living conditions of human beings,and the practical activity should conform to the standards of human nature.So we still can use the Marx's alienated labor theory to observe the ills of society and the ills of human nature today,timely detection of problems and gave solutions so as to promote social self perfection and self perfection.This paper based on Marx's theory of alienation of labor would analyze the phenomenon of manufacture and saleof counterfeit drugs appeared in the development of society and pointed out the problem of the alienation of human nature in it,and used the thoughts of "all things by means of the Dao are united and became one" and "attaining a state of harmony" in the Chinese traditional culture to explore the way of the discard of self alienation.According to the Chinese Taoist thought,the alienation of the human nature was "tired of things",and through the guidance of the unfettered spiritual realm of "Tao Tong Wei Yi",it could eliminate the understanding of the pursuit of material interests and the ethical and moral opposites,and dissolve the consciousness of "voluntarily" to be a slave of money.Pursuing the real freedom and not losing the nature of human freedom and consciousness.;according to Chinese Confucian thought,the alienation of human nature was bereavement of morality,and by the prudence required by the "Neutralization" thought,the desire was contained in the sprout when the heart of the improper profit will not start,so that all the thoughts were all in the middle,all can conform to the reason.The standard could also make it free and conscious of human nature,so we could try to learn from the content of "Dao Tong as one" and "Neutralization" thought to discuss the problem of self alienation.The main contents of this article were divided into four sections.The preface mainly introduced the background and the significance of the topic etc.The second section first briefly summarized the ideological origins of Marx's alienated labor theory,and then combed the four rules of alienated labor theory in detail.The third section based on the labor theory of alienation analysed the typical cases which were associated with fake drugs such as the fake event of “Qieryao” and “Xinfu”,the Zheng Xiaoyu event and pointed out that the alienation of the Qieryao event in the adulteration of raw materials,the Xinfu event of the disqualification of sterilization procedures,the Zheng Xiaoyu event of arbitrarily reducing drug approval standards of production.The original life-saving pharmaceutical production and service functions turned into their means to profit because of the alienation.They exposed their greedy in front of persona benefits,overlooked public safety,willingly participate in harmful acts and became the slaves of their desire.The loss of personal freedom and consciousness ofthe class characteristic was the alienation of humanity according to Marx's theory of alienation labor.Finally,on the problem of alienation of human nature reflected in the counterfeit case,we used the thoughts about human nature in the Chinese traditional culture,such as "all things by means of the Dao are united and became one" and "attaining a state of harmony",to explore the way of the discard of self alienation which were reflected in the fake medicine events.
