Then from the life of the elderly care, family services, health care, mental protection, the maintenance of the rights and interests of pension service in the community awareness, broaden the channels of funding sources, community care service training of human resources, and promote full-time community service, volunteer participation mechanisms and other aspects of the suggestions.
