The Research On The Corporation Social Responsibility And Its Accomplishment System

The corporation plays an important role in modern market economy. Also it is a fundamental role in the allocation of resources and promote the economic growth. In the influence of the traditional economic theory, shareholders center socialist is more and more popular. Profit is the only target of the corporation. However, with the increase of economic strength, the corporation’s negative impact in development is increasing, for example infringement of the legal rights and interests of employees, consumer fraud, environmental pollution etc. More and more people begin to focus on the negative effect produced by the corporation, and they realize that "Profit is the only target of the corporation" is wrong. As the focus of various interests bodies, the corporations shall pursue to maximize its shareholders’interests when take care of its relevant parties. In a word, it is the Corporation Social Responsibility.Companies Law of China put forward the Corporation Social Responsibility for the first time in its General Provisions. Article5states that "In its operational activities, a company shall abide by laws and administrative regulations, observe social morals and commercial ethics, persist in honesty and good faith, accept supervision by the government and the public, and assume social responsibility." Although the Corporation Social Responsibility has written to the law, the theory research on this topic has just started. The system of the Corporation Social Responsibility accomplishment is lack of feasibility. So it gives a relative full discussion on the relevant problems of this topic. This thesis starts from the concept of the Corporation Social Responsibility, and put forward the suggestion that complete the system of the Corporation Social Responsibility accomplishment.This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter put forward the concept of the Corporation Social Responsibility, and analysis its legitimacy. The second chapter and third chapter introduce the Corporation Social Responsibility movements in china and foreign. The last chapter points out the problems of corporate social responsibility in China, and then put forward the suggestion that complete the system of the Corporation Social Responsibility accomplishment.
