In the recent years, Non-Profit Organization (NPO) has been on a highway of progress and played an indispensable role in public service of our society. Talents are required for the daily activities and organizational development of Non-Profit Organization (NPO). The professional development of this group--professional staffs, will not only affect the sustainability of NPO bus also the development of entire public welfare. If NPOs aims to be the third department on a par with government and marketing, helpful to progression of civil society and sustainable itself, it should forsake previous amateurism and step into a new way of NPO specialization.For the present, the professional staffs in Chinese Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) have the following characteristics:small popularity, low cultural quality and shallow professional identification. Moreover, problems such as low salary and welfare, imperfect system of staff recruitment and disuse, lack of professional training and unitary pattern of encouragement hinder the specialization of professional staff and development of NPOs. Therefore, this paper applies specialized theory and simulating theory into the specialization of professional staffs, for which the corresponding strategies and suggestions are provided as well. First of all, move up the recruiting ladder and attract more high quality talents to professional NPO positions. Secondly, enhance NPO professional staff salary and welfare on the purpose of insurance of living quality and professional identification. Thirdly, improve the specialization of professional staffs by various simulating measures.
