Full-time in non-profit organizations has become a new direction of employment choice of social members, the team of the professional level, has direct and profound influence on the non profit organization sustainable development and China’s whole development of public welfare undertakings. Non profit organization want to seize the innovation of government public service way and the socialization of public service of this opportunity, holds the obvious superiority in the non profit organization competition pattern, we must strengthen their own talent team construction, improve their professional ability, speed up the process of professionalization of their own. The purpose of this study to professional nonprofit organization school personnel for research.At this stage, non-profit organization of full-time staff in the organization members in the low proportion in our country, professional ethics level is not high, the basic knowledge and practical knowledge of all aspects of professional degree low causes a full-time staff of professional level is not high, affecting the healthy development of the organization. Therefore, this paper takes the professional theory and incentive theory as the supporting point of two theories, the phenomenon of professional nonprofit organization China professional personnel to carry on the analysis, find out the reasons of problems, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of their own. First of all, the government and the social level; improve the relevant policies and regulations, and improve the fiscal and taxation policy, improve the cultivation of college professional talent mechanism. Secondly, the organization’s own construction level: to establish the self-discipline mechanism perfect, enhance the social credibility, perfect talent selection system, expand the recruitment to attract channels, improve compensation mechanism to improve welfare, clear the professional division of labor standard post management, dynamic incentive theory to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the members of the organization, training the enthusiasm of the members of the organization based on the sense of belonging, improve training learning system. Finally, to enhance the level of individual staff the importance of professional ethics: moral, dynamic incentive theory to mobilize staff enthusiasm, cultivate the personnel organization based on the sense of belonging.
