The conflict ofempty-nesters elderly has become increasingly prominent in rural areas, especiallyissues of the family pressure and lack of care and spiritual comfort are very serious,and bringing about a profound influence on political, economic and social. Theproblem is to provide for rural empty-nesters elderly leads to the community of hot,become a matter of urgent to be solved. To solve the problem is to provide for ruralempty-nesters elderly will help to promote Socialist new countryside construction,maintain social stability and unity and promote the construction of Socialistharmonious society.However, on the subject who should assume the responsibility of the problem isto provide for rural empty-nesters elderly, there are numerous disputes inside andoutside scholars, practices are not the same in all countries.
