The Exploration Of The Methods And Countermeasures Of Appropriately Solving The Contradiction Between Cadres And Masses At The Preasent Stage

Since the reform and opening, the Chinese economy and social have made rapid and great progresses. People’s living standard has been improved greatly too. However, at the same time it brings about a series of social contradictions and problems---specially the contradiction between cadres and masses in the key transition of development.In recent years, the events which have serious influence on society directly or indirectly related to the contradiction of cadres and masses. Therefore it is urgent for us to deeply analyze the present situation and the causes of the contradiction between cadres and masses at the present stage.To explore the methods and countermeasures of appropriately solving the contradiction of cadres and masses is a great realistic topic, also is an important theoretical problem we are facing.Based on this, this article is divided into three parts to analyze and discuss the methods and countermeasures of solving the contradiction of cadres and masses.In the first part, I deeply analyze the importance and urgency to explore the contradiction of cadres and masses at the present stage. I think the exploration is closely related to the contradiction’s saliency and confrontation at present.It matters for the coordination of reforms and development even the social stability. It is also an inherent request that building the harmonious socialist societyIn the second part, firstly I summarized the new characteristics of the contradiction between cadres and masses, namely:the point of outbreak and burning the contradiction is low and its occurrence is normal from the view of occurrence mechanism; the contradictions develop and spread as net; from the view of development path; the contradiction has immense influence from the results aspect; the two sides’thoughts and psychological characteristics are exposed from the specific content aspect.Secondly, according to the main body of the contradiction, I divide the contradictions at this stage into two main types at the macroscopic view---the contradiction between cadres and masses and the contradiction between masses and the government authorities. Thirdly I creatively analyze the roots of the contradiction---the exterior roots and the deep roots.In the third part,I put forward the methods and countermeasures of resolving this contradiction.At first, I point out that we must apply the human-oriented Scientific Outlook on Development and be guided by it.We should obey the four principles,that is, the people is the main body of interests; just,fire, and open principle; to pay more attention to reduce the contradiction from the source, solve the contradiction creatively. At second,1put forward the fundamental methods and countermeasures of resolving this contradiction. In this section, I think the most important thing is that we can find the fundamental methods to solve this problem. Therefore we should make effort to develop the productive forces in economy, to promote system construction in politics, to advance culture construction in the realm of culture and so on.At last, I explore the specific methods and countermeasures to solve the contradiction, including changing work-style of cadres; adhere to follow the mass line; using economic, political, administrative and legal means to resolve; creating the ways of Virtue Education and strengthen the ideological guidance and psychological counseling; making the system of social management innovative to play fully its part in solving the contradiction; strengthen the Internet’s supervision and guidance.
