Study On The Legal System Of Renewable Energy Based On Stakeholder In China

Abstract:Renewable energy development directly related to the realization oflow-carbon economy and national energy security, renewable energy legal system isan important protection to keep the renewable energy industry developing healthily. tChina’s current renewable energy development faced many problems, includingovercapacity, and the problem of network, environmental pollution, etc. In this case,the legal system of the renewable energy innovation, no doubt with the meaning ofpractical. This article analysis the root of the problem by stakeholder theory such as,that different stakeholders have different interests of the demands, In China, theexisting legal system in the distribution of benefits and responsibility sharing andcoordination on are flawed, so that all stakeholders can not be a conflict of interestbetween the effective coordination. To address these questions, the intention toestablish a stakeholders involved in the legal system of renewable energy mode, sothat all stakeholders involved in deep into the implementation and oversight from thelegislative to all aspects. This article makes Zhejiang as a demonstration, trying toanalyse the problem renewable energy legal system in Zhejiang, and proposes someopinions and suggestions.
