Based on Kirkpatrick’s four assessment model and Kaufman’s five assessment model, combined with actual grass-roots situation, emboding the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the paper makes comprehensive and intensive research and analysis of the problems that exist in effect assessment of cadre training in grass-roots Party school, and introduces the model of effect assessment of cadre training in grass-roots Party school, as well as the measures and suggestions to do effect assessment work of cadre training in grass-roots Party school.
