Administrative Accountability Of Government Execution

Implementation force is the vitality to maintain the work of the Government. In recent years, Government Executive ability construction has made greater progress in China, but it also exist some weak implementation and low efficiency problems, such as policy enforcement arrest, abuse of administrative discretion, no action of t he Executive, the Executive ethical and so on. There are many reasons. But the most important one is that current implementation in the Government’s administrative supervision mechanism of accountability is not perfect. Strengthening the accountability of executive power of the Government is the key to improve the Executive power of the Government.The improvement of Government implementation force needs many levels of administrative accountability. It mainly performances on political, legal, ethics and administrative accountability of Government implementation force. It needs to make clear regulations on responsibility system of Government implementation force, and it provides important guarantee for Government implementation national will of expression force, and law administrative force, and organization led force, and the improvement of moral model force. From the angle of administrative accountability, this article analyzes weak implementation of problems existing in the Government. It mainly includes the poor expression of Governments to implement the will of the State caused by Allergenic weakening accountability, lack of accountability for poor administration by law, ineffective government organization and leadership resulting in unclear administrative responsibilities, ineffective administrative moral demonstration for the lack of moral responsibility of the Government. Therefore, we must use perfect administrative accountabilities to improve Government Executive ability. One is to improve Allow accountability to increase efforts to monitor implementation; the second is to promote the development of the legal system of accountability and form clear executive responsibility; the third is to promote the construction of administrative accountability culture, creating a good implementation of culture; the fourth is to accelerate the process of legalization of ethics, cultivating excellent executive body.
