Contemporary China's Supervision By Public Opinion And Judicial Fair Relationship Between Rational Construction

In recent years, with the continuous advancement of China’s democratizationprocess, the supervision of public opinion plays a positive role in promoting justice. Butwith the constantly strengthening of the media vigor and influence, the conflict betweenpublic opinion and the judicial is also increasing. Due to the social justice’s ultimategoal upheld by the media and the judicial is consistent, these contradictions andconflicts between them can be adjusted via a certain ways, and eventually promotedeach other.This paper includes four parts: The related concepts of the public opinion, thesupervision of public opinion, justice and judicial justice are introduced and therelations between the public opinion and the justice are discussed simply in the first part;The influence and significance of supervision of public opinion to the jurisdictionindependence and judicial public are mainly analyzed in the second part; The cause andits representation way of the conflict between the supervision of public opinion and thejudicial justice are discussed in the third part; According to the reality of our country, afew opinions which include actively exploring the good relationship between thesupervision of public opinion and the judicial justice and how to resolve the conflict and work together to safeguard social fairness and justice is put forward in the fourth part.No matter the mass media or judicial system is still not perfect in the present stagein our country. And all these need to be protected by us, not be biased. Should takemeasures to coordinate properly the relationship between the supervision of publicopinion and the judicial justice, make its work hand in hand, even develop, promoteeach other, safeguard the judicial justice, and actively promote the democratic and legalconstruction of our country.
