Our Country Villages And Towns Government Informal Political Behavior Research

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economic, political, culturaland social, as well as reform and opening-up intensified, the township governmentrealize the value in the process of political practice，and at the same time lack ofstandardization in their political behavior cause some new problems. Especially at thisstage, lack of understanding of the theory and research, power configuration isunsuitable and some other reasons lead to the unnormalization political behavior oftownship government have intensified trend. The situation keeping a long time mustlead to the weakness of China’s grass-roots political organization, and restrictaccomplishment and perfection of township government functions, and hinder theconstruction of socialist modernization. Consequently, this dissertation according to thecorrelative theory of the township government and political behavior, focuses on theproblems of China ’s township government unconventional political behavior, andexplore the causes,and finally, propose a number of advice to resolve this problem.
