The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of "revitalizing the countryside",and then the goal and task of Rural Revitalization were further discussed in the No.1 document of the Central Committee in 2019.Township government is at the forefront of policy implementation in China.Its staff are the specific executors of various policies and policies related to rural revitalization.In order to promote the realization of Rural Revitalization Strategy as soon as possible,it is necessary to strengthen the management of township staff and guide their behavior to be rationalized and standardized.Through the research and development of K Town in G City of Henan Province,it is found that township workers have made important contributions to promoting rural development and accelerating economic construction in China,but at the same time,there are also a series of problems,such as taking coping with superiors as the goal of behavior,weak autonomy in behavior,top-down job choices,and differences in the behavior of different types of workers.The main factors causing these problems include: excessive pressure exerted by the higher government,unreasonable assessment indicators,problems in the internal operation mode of township government,etc.If we want to rationalize the behavior of township government staff.To standardize and consciously promote the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,we need to do a good job in the following aspects: first,strengthen the management of township staff,strengthen the ideological construction of township government staff,establish a sound personnel selection and training system,establish a reasonable performance evaluation and incentive system,and strengthen the capacity-building of township government staff;second,improve the capacity-building of township government staff.The working and living conditions of the staff should be improved,the working and living environment of the staff of the township government should be improved,the welfare treatment of the staff of the township government should be improved,and the positive propaganda for the staff of the township government should be increased.Thirdly,the relationship between the power operation of the township government and the county government should be straightened out,and the decision-making participation of the ordinary staff should be enhanced within the township government.Constructing a benign and interactive rural relationship.
