The Study On Opening Management Of Party-Affairs In Rural Grassroots

Open Management of Party-Affairs in rural areas is an inevitable demand to guarantee the information, participation, supervision and decision, meanwhile it is also an objective necessity to launch "A Good" campaign within the party, preserve and enhance the Party’s vanguard nature.The author tries to find problems,summarize the measures and achievement of Open Management of Party-Affairs by visiting the Party members and the masses,observing the communal facilities and public affairs information. As far as I concerned, the people and party members’ democracy consciousness is weak. They have not paid enough attention to public party affairs. The village Party branch’s motivation is not clear. The intensity of collecting Party public ways to carry out is low. Some ways to publicize affairs are not appropriate. They publicize more achievements but less problems. The Party organization and its members’ own job are not public enough. To publicize some crucial decisions of Party organization opening to Party members and the masses is ineffective,the village leaders report their work and make speech, whose contents are not public enough. In the application of Open Management of Party-Affairs, which needs to strengthen the democracy consciousness of the Party members and people, improve the people and Party members’ concerns in Opening Management of Party-Affairs, increase the efforts in collecting public opinions and suggestions, refine the open contents, publicize problems of Party-Affairs aperiodically, take more effective opening messures, establish long-term Opening Party-Affairs system to help Zhoucheng village and other villages that have similar problems solve the problems easier, make sure the opening of Party-Affairs step into formal ways little by little, improve the democracy and political construction of Zhoucheng village and other villages.
