Disabled children is a special groups in social disadvantaged groups, especially the disabled children in less developed areas, its survival and the education condition is concerned. Disabled children’s education problem can be solved is not only related to the compulsory education can land on feet, also relates to the changing society problem can be solved. Accept compulsory education for disabled children is their rights, but also their obligations. Development of education for disabled persons industry shall focus on the obligation of disabled children education, especially in less developed areas of disabled children education benefits, It reflect a nation’s civilization degree and education fairness, to the stability of the society harmonious play a key role. Giving the disabled children basic survival security make them enjoy education benefits, sharing to social development achievements, to make their integration into society and realize the value in the future lay solid foundation.The disabled children in H county exist as the research object in this research.the case adopts interviews and questionnaire. It Analysis the education of disabled children in education, the education condition and the recovery of welfare demand respectively, Tries to objective, realistic reflection of the disabled children less developed areas of the insufficiency in education.
