Research On Construction Of Resource-saving And Environment-friendly Society Of Baotou City

Construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society (hereinafter referred to as "Two-oriented society") is the experience of countries in the world, and it is the only way to the scientific development of human society. Building resource-saving and environment-friendly society, serving as modernization experience made by Communist Party of China, is put forward to complete Well-off society in All-round way. It is an important measure to achieve sustainable development.At present, Baotou City is in the key period of implementation of scientific development, comprehensive transformation of wealthy and strong city. Whether we can complete the12th Five-Year Plan successfully and build Well-off society in advance or not. It is critical to find a new path of development.This thesis is focused on the increasingly environment resource constraints we currently faced, in accordance with the requirements of the national construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society. Drawing on advanced experience of domestic and international regions, I establish the index system of building " Two-oriented society" of the Baotou City and compare with the data selected, I profoundly analyze the basis in reality and problems existed in promoting the construction of" Two-oriented society ", and give suggestions to promote the construction of the " Two-oriented society ", and provide a reference for the Baotou City.
