Price Hearing System Perfect Research In China

In this paper, the research focus is improving the price hearing system of our country On the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems,in order to perfect the hearing system, this paper combines with the actualture and put forward the feasibility of the proposed.The research framework of this article mainly includes three parts.The first part is the formation of price hearing system of our country and the current situation.It includes some basic problems of price hearing system,the formation and legal status.The second part from two aspects of the system itself is not perfect and practical operation of the non-standard to discuss existing problems in China.The system itself is not perfect including hearing starting procedure is single,the competent department of price position is not neutral,the makers of pricing cost supervision and examination report are not independent,consumer relief measure is imperfect.The problems existing in the practice include the choose of the hearing participants is imperfect, the expression of consumers to participate is not sufficient and hearing is opaque.The third part is according to regulations and practice in the operation of the problems, put forward the corresponding proposal to improve the price hearing system of our country.The innovation point of this paper is to make clear that launching the price hearing in China is government’s official actions.Its essence is provide democratic consultation for setting and adapting the price, on the basis to analyze the current system and implementation deficiencies, put forward the feasible proposal for perfect the current system,provide a certain reference for the price hearing system of Chinese reformation.
